Hey friends! So I've decided to launch a Patreon! If you're a fan of my work, I encourage you to check it out.

If you're not familiar with Patreon, it's a website that gives people an easy way to donate money to all kinds of artists and content creators in exchange for neat perks like concept art, exclusive preivews, or whatever!

I'm committed to keeping most of my work free. I don't want anybody to feel obligated to donate. I've always been of the mindset that the fruits of creative labor are gifts which are meant to be shared, and so any money that returns to me as a result of my art I think of as a gift in turn. And I value it with the same sincerity that I would any gift.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

So if you're interested in becoming a patron of the macrophilic arts, check out my page here: patreon.com/sorenzer0

I think this is completely exciting and I'm really optimistic about how this is going to turn out for you.  I'm sure we'll keep in touch about how things progress, but this should be awesome.

If I had the money to give to a Patreon, you're definitely an artist I'd get behind. Your renders are just beautiful! Also, I'd love to see more with this model. Dem freckles :3

Definitely sounds like a great way to do this .....although as MK mentions not so great if having to comply with censors.

From what I've seen, Patreon is pretty good about that sort of stuff. The only thing that's expressly forbidden is straight-up pornography. Aside from that, they ask you to specify in advance if your art is NSFW or adult in nature, and if so, your page is hidden from general search results. It's a good compromise.

Ahhhh......I see, thanks for the clarification. It's censored heavily here,as far as male nudity and erections are concerned.I found that out the hard way(pardon the pun) when I did a collage with a giantess carrying a shrunken man by his,lol....:blushes: Really enjoy your work so this should be fun to see.For me it's all about shrunken men being mistreated and dominated by the ladies in all kinds of scenario's....mostly barefoot crushing, lol.;)

No worries! Like I said, I don't want anyone to feel obligated, or guilt anyone into donating, especially if they're not in a position to do so. I understand that people have other priorities when it comes to their finances, so I definitely appreciate you just keeping me in mind for when you do have a little extra to spare. Thanks, mate. Take care! :D (Big Grin)

We have the same concept about art.

Seeing all this people going to Patreon is cool and makes me wonder if I should do the sam.
Though, even if I would, my approach would be just like yours. :)

Thanks, Mk! I'm sure you'd get lots of support if you made one too!

As someone who wants to be an artist (even outside of fetish stuff), I've put a lot of thought into how artists fit in to modern society. The thing is, artists don't "make" money the same way business or service people do--and they shouldn't have to--because it's just not the way the creative process works. One deals in replaceable commodities and the other in unique gifts. But just like everyone else, artists still need money to survive.

What I like about Patreon is that it gives artists a way to receive support from their fans without resorting to turning their work into commodities. Clap

I'm totally with you, and this is why I like the crowd funding concept.
It would be awesome to get financial support to make my art, but only if this in the form of a free donation.

If it turns into a job, then suddenly the passion dies because you can't follow anymore your passion (that is what makes of you an artist) in order to "run  after money".
You know, with time I have learned that in modern society, when moneys comes in play, they always ruin everything. XP
People should use moneys to live and not live for moneys.

I like Patreon's idea too, but beware to their rules. If you will go for "extreme" stuff, they will censor you just like DA did with Vivian.
Rather than open a Patreon, I will wait for :iconbarely-noticed:'s site to be up. There I know that I will be free to post whatever my mind can produce without have to fear to be monitored or censored and he said that later I will also be able to get support in a way similar to Patreon. :)

Anyway, you are awesomely talented and I'm sure that you will get tons of support.
Good luck!

I agree. It can be hard for artists to find the balance between pursuing their passion and chasing money, but it's still possible.
We like to romanticize the idea of the noble "Starving Artist," and that's silly, because if every artist starved, there would be a lot less art in the world Dead (RIP).

I'm pretty eager to see Tristan's site as well! I actually considered waiting too, but by the time I saw his last update, I had already put my Patreon page together, lol :D (Big Grin)

Yeah.. unfortunately, it seems that art is not perceived like an hard work that needs time and that deserves to be rewarded.. it's generally seen as something like an hobby.. or a game.. ;_;

I see.. well, you can always migrate to tristan's site when it will be ready ;)
